To design and develop DVD promotional materials based around the various initiatives delivered by MCFC’s charitable trust, City in the Community (CITC).

The materials will be of premium quality, showcasing CITC and MCFC’s high standard of work.

• Review current CITC initiatives and programmes. 
• Plan, organise and develop DVD material.
• Include interviews, classroom work, presentation events and background music to showcase current initiatives at MCFC.

• Improve the company’s profile in the public domain.
• The DVD will be used to help fund bids and at presentation evenings for a variety of purposes.

• To gain an in depth understanding of MCFC and the backroom staff at the football club.
• To produce a piece of work that is of very high quality that will enhance the student’s portfolio of creative and media design.
• To have a link with a Premier League football club.

• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Good communication and development skills.
• Ability to manage and organise own time and schedule meetings with others.
• Ability to merge together various pieces of work to produce one flowing DVD.
• Excellent computer skills.

Knowledge of initiatives linked to MCFC and CITC as a department of MCFC.

In view of the nature of the activities to be undertaken, Interns will require photographic proof of identity. 

Please note the following activity is likely to be built into the programme;  Trips to various schools throughout Manchester and Tameside, interview and classroom based work and links with various organisations. Therefore an enhanced CRB check will be required.

This Internship will take place during the summer vacation, or earlier by mutual agreement between the Intern and the Internship provider. 

This internship is flexible and will probably require more than one person.
